Bought a new harness and some gear from them. Extremely difficult to contact them - phone either doesn’t get picked up or they just don’t respond to emails. Turns out they didn’t have some of the items I ordered and they offered me alternatives or a refund. Asked for the alternative options and a few weeks later they send me a refund as they hadn’t heard back from me despite me trying to contact them about it.Overall, the actual product I received was fine but wouldn’t ever use them again purely because they are so difficult to get a hold of and don’t stock the items they say they have.

We engaged with Amarco for an initial quote, they were great at communicating and making a suitable time to get back to us. The quote was efficient and reasonable. Once we accepted the quote and agreed a time the work done was professional and of a high standard. Easy to deal with, respectful and definitely reasonable.

The first part of the job has been completed well and exactly as arranged. The quoted price was reasonable. By arrangement the remainder of the job will be done at a later date. Communication has been excellent throughout.
