I always go here, but today I'm turned away at 16:55, because the lady 'started sweeping'. I'm in 30 minutes before closing, had a long day and was not in the mood for arguing. If you have a 17:30 closing time, I can come in at 16:55.

Tried the place out the other day and was cut by the owner who had done a nice job painting and decorating the place. I gave him a vague idea what I was after, he made some suggestions and I keft with a perfect haircut(non fade curly hair) for a very good price. Thanks!

I’m so furious with myself having gone to these guys for a haircut that cost $45. I was heading to my usual barber in Grey Lynn but saw these guys on the ways and thought I’ll give them a try as it’s also close to my house. Honestly I should have just stuck to my usuals and spent my hard earned money at the other barbershop, which is $15 cheaper for an awesome haircut. I’ll not recommend this place to anyone not for the price they charge.

Hands down the best haircut experience I think I’ve ever had. Good conversation but not too much, friendly service and the cut had me leaving feeling a million. Cost more than I usually spend but well worth it. Son got cut too and he had a good talk to his barber. Will be going back.

Latinos barbershop
I took both my sons here for a haircut (aged 8 and 5) although there was a bit of a wait we didn’t mind. Owner was super lovely and paid close attention to detail with my kids hair. Reasonably priced too! Everywhere else we’ve gone we are charged $35+ per haircut. Highly recommend. We’ll be back more often!

Studio36 The Gentleman's Barber
Had a haircut, beard trim and cut throat shave from Hux.Easily the best haircut I've ever had.Shop was really well presented and Hux was a true professional.Really good conversation and clearly passionate about his craft.I got this haircut the day before my wedding as treat I think I will definitely be back regularly.Really liked the hot towel and old school horse hair brush for the shave and the products they use and sell are top notch.
