Food is okay. However, last lot I had there was literally a grease puddle in the bottom of the bucket. I expect some, it's deep fried but I've never had this much, it made the chicken soggy. Also, why offer delivery on your app if you aren't going to offer it everywhere? Seems pointless to offer a service you can't provide.

WARNING! It's a total Waste of money.Everything looks CHEAP and taste GROSS.Fry Chicken: supermarket food quality. The coating were not crunchy, and the meat was raw in the middle.Garlic bread: soggy, has a gross freezer taste like it's been in the freezer for years.Ribs were Okay"

KFC will always be tasting similar in Auckland and in general. Cant rate higher as tastes the same. Service was ok. Where you eat is the main foodcourt otherwise they have limited spaces. Not rating down, just no reasons to rate higher. Im a fan of KFC though.

We are currently in the drive thru queue... we have been for the past 55 minutes. There are people standing in the order booth chatting. It seems there is no food available and they start cooking the food when you get to the window. The girl on the order box needs to let people know of the wait. I know it's dinner time, but this is insane, and can only come down to a lack of organization. No apology about the wait, the guy at the window just laughed.

Worst fast food place in NZ. Keep getting burnt chicken cooked in old oil - even smell bad half the time , all KFC's get the same ingredients so these guys cannot be cleaning their equipment ever! I unfortunately live closely and the uber app wont let me choose another KFC. The last straw was when i ordered from the KFC app they did not process my order for 2 hours and THEY finally cancelled the order leaving me hungry and no options!! Pathetic
