As an American visiting New Zealand for the first time, I couldn't be more pleased with the result of Orbit Jewelry's and owner Jeurg's services. Jeurg is a true artist, and his design and making of a gold pendant for me was flawless, including its delivery to the U.S. after I returned home. I can highly recommend him and his firm!

Walked in like every LOTR fan would and wasn’t sure what to expect as we were sure they are getting fans visiting all the time.We ended up being absolutely surprised by the amazing service and hospitality in this shop,Jamie the amazing sales associate immediately welcomed us and showed us all the amazing ring related artifacts they have in the store together with incredibly interesting stories about the store part in LOTR.The Jewelry in this shop is amazing and I ended up sneaking back and buying my girlfriend an anniversary gift, Jamie did everything to make sure i get the right version of what i chose and packaged it to perfection.My girlfriend was absolutely floored from the gift and the fact that it came from the same people that forged the one ring.I would recommend this place even if you are not a LOTR fan as their quality and service are un matched and the prices are absolutely reasonable!

What a lovely, locally owned business. What a true joy it was to buy our wedding rings from you today, and to support a family owned store. These people are clearly passionate about what they do, and are genuine experts. It was so refreshing to be in such good hands, to be free from pushy sales people. My ring was a little more than we were expecting to spend but we were treated so gently and respectfully, that it was worth every cent for the experience, as well as the beautiful ring

Highly recommend Wrights...Called into this afternoon to swap a pendant onto a different chain. Service was so friendly, quick, efficient and good advice too.

We had the most incredible time here! You start by choosing the piece of jade that calls to you, followed by sanding the piece into your desired shape. You can use the burr to carve in a pattern then you finish with polishing. The hosts will then take your piece and finish it into a bracelet or necklace or whatever final piece you desire! Aside from some light guidance, the whole process is up to you! Definitely a must-do when in Franz Josef!

Debbie & team designed and made a diamond pendant for my from my mothers engagement ring and a ring wasn't wearing. It turned out absolutely beautiful and I get a lot of compliments. Having this made has allowed me to carry my mother with me which means a lot to me. Debbie & team do a beautiful job, this is not the first time I have used them, and both times the out come has been sensational. Excellent work done in a timely fashion on a pair of my wife’s gold earrings, changing the clasp to a post she could wear through a pierced ear to make it more comfortable. Really nice finish, the quality of the work is excellent, and it was done at request within the week in order to have them ready for my wife’s birthday. Came in at $110 dollars for Stirling silver parts and labour, and the team were able to source a really nice leather box as well for $10 (included in the price). Excellent customer service, really pleased with the result, would definitely recommend. Wife is pleased with the result! (phew)

I had to have my very valuable engagement, wedding and 20th anniversary rings cut off to have an MRI. I took these to Penny Harwood to be resized and rejoined. Whilst there Penny pointed out that 2 claws on the 20th had worn down and offered to fix those. The work was done beautifully, in a timely manner and with an emailed photo showing what needed doing and was done as well as a written breakdown of the costs of repairs which were comparatively very good.

I contacted BB for a 40th present for my partner. I was after a quick turnaround and from the moment of contact I got the best customer service! Quick responses, a clear vision of what I was getting and some design options to help me choose. Pricing was very transparent and while on the pricey side compared to mainstream retailers after receiving our ring I can absolutely see why. The quality is amazing, a beautiful and solid well constructed ring which i Ocan see will last a lifetime. I received my ring about a week after ordering much quicker then i expected. Absolutely beautiful packaging and something I think he will treasure forever and pass down to our boys. Thanks Benjamin Black and Holly and the team for your help.
