Horrible customer service and communication, would not recommend this company to anyone.They do not make contact, any small piece of information or change I wanted to make, I had to reach out and then follow up again and again and again, mostly unsuccessfully.When we ordered the windows they told us they would be installed ‘within 4-6 weeks’. 6 weeks later I followed up and was told that there were delays due to COVID and the new installation date was unknown but several months away. They never told me this until I got in touch. It ended up taking 5 months and I had no updates from them in this time. It was only when I called them that they finally made the appointment. They were happy to hold onto my deposit of course and no discount or even apology was offered.Then they install scaffolding which has to cut straight through our neighbours property, turn up to install the windows and then it was “oh one of your frames has been broken so we can’t do it today”. How long until that will be replaced? Of course they were unable to give any timeframe and refused to get the scaffolding taken down in the mean time. It took 2 weeks for our last window to be installed and then the scaffolding was left for another week with no explanation despite me following up every day.The installation itself was okay but they weren’t neat about it, they took our brand new tiles off the wall and replaced them sloppily, and then left a weird gap with no architrave until we asked for it specifically when they came back with the last window. We were not consulted as to the size of the indoor framing and it just doesn’t fit in the kitchen.To top it all off, months before the windows were installed I sent an email asking for a change of window type, which I of course received no reply to. When booking the appointment over the phone I asked about it again and Andre who is the manager said “oh yes don’t worry we can just replace that any time” so they just installed our original order. Several times after that I asked what was happening with that and was told the window type we wanted was on order and would be replaced whenever it arrived. THEN I get an email from Josh in sales and he’s giving me a quote of $700 for the replacement window and needs me to accept that before the order can be placed. So not only did Andre completely LIE saying they were on order, he also completely neglected to mention that there would be an extra cost for this change. Had I known this from the start I would have asked them not to install it until the new glass arrived so I didn’t have to pay for the first glass. But instead he insisted it would be fine and brushed it off like no big deal when I brought it up?! Infuriating!!When paying thousands and thousands for something you expect at least some level of customer service but this company has 0. So disappointing.

We just had an entire house lot of windows replaced by Fisher Taranaki. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure.From the free measure and quote done by Jeremy.(Best price in town).Changes,tweaks and answering all of our questions,handled by Sonya at the office.The top-quality windows and ranch sliders made by the lads the factory.Then there was the fantastic installation crew, now there’s a bunch of guys who really know their stuff. Very knowledgeable, excellent workmanship and finishing to a very high standard. They were just great.Communication was brilliant throughout.So if you need one new window or a whole house lot I don't think you could do any better than Fisher Taranaki.It's not every day that we replace our entire home with new windows.Thanks for making it so easy.Mike and Steph Fleete.Inglewood

the conservatory centre did an amazing job of turning my balcony into a new indoor space with their conservatory built to fit. it looks great and it was smooth sailing from quote to install. I highly recc to all. I also had them install double glazed ranch sliders and french doors out onto my deck and not only are they amazing but the installers paid extra attention to making sure they looked liked they had always been there. So happy with both jobs!

Great advice from Craig on day one and wonderful outcome. Very happy with the finished product. Great workmanship from Syd and Nate. Bill the subcontractor for the slab and foundations set out the site well and was a pleasure to have on site. The Company delivered what they said they would and stuck to their word despite the disruptions caused by covid lock-downs. Our new conservatory is cool in the summer and cosy in the winter - we are really enjoying it!
