Great view from apartment balcony.

My hot chocolate and my wife's coffee were both just warm, asked for a refund she said that wasn't possible. Customer service is paramount, sadly lacking today

Chand and his team fixed water damaged floor in our kitchen. They had friendly attitude, achieved great quality of work and helped us to save money so we didn't have to hire trade's people for carpet work. The process went really smooth and the job has been done within a half day.

The worst apartment I have seen in this world. So stink and disgusting. I have complained to the building manager but nil. Smoke detector in my room always chiming while I have hot shower, once even when I was just sleeping it's chiming by itself. Complain to property manager is useless no after sales service (Impression Ltd). Elevator dim light, smelly and stink never been clean, spot in the mirror and wall really uncomfortable. Hallway carpet humid and smelly. Area also not safe at all. The area is noisy, people screaming and swearing down there in the street and you can hear it (mine is 11th floor) and the window sill is not tight not soundproof and not windproof. In winter is freezing bcz the wind and cold enter from between the sill. Many drunken homeless, the do verbally harassment to people or when you walk, vomit on weekends,. Entrance to the elevator so so so dirty and disgusting always water spot not only when raining but just people so stink. Cleaner not doing their check routine cleaning. Elevator is the missing part on their list. Never stay in this building unless you got no option.

St Clair and The Hydro Apartments are a special place.The quality coffee, food options and the energy of this much loved Dunedin sea-side community is a privilege to experience.The apartments are great, have everything you need and the roof top terrace is quite something.They are great value for money, I’ve stopped wasting similar money on a soul-less box in Central or North Dunedin.Katherine is professional, proactive and responsive.I love staying at this place.Brendon

Talk about false advertising! The photos for the room I booked were alot nicer than the actual room. We had a slide door that opened half way, had no balcony and a broken hand rail. Smelly hallways, probably due to MSD clients living there (which should also be stated) chipped paint, burnt kitchen bench, sticky instruction pamphlets and the pool isn't apart of the building so don't be fooled by that either. Won't be back, and don't recommend to anyone

A massive mall with loads of shipping handy to train station a good place to spend a few hours

Someone steals parcels everyday, frequent theft in the carpark, saw some homeless people get high outside during quarantine reported to the building manager, property manager and whoever council they can't do anything, building manager is incompetent acts tough to the tenants but can't do anything about the frequent theft, place is falling apart for a new building, not worth staying long term or buying a property at.You can't feel safe 5 feet outside the apartment , your parcels aren't safe and your carparks aren't safe. Pathetic

Great place to live on right budget. Landlord is a bit unreliable however

Dirty, rubbish littered on balcony, used soap provided, rotten fruit in cupboard, extraction fan cover sitting on balcony, no cable TV, used shampoo and conditioner provided. Peeking paint... overall the worst I have ever witnessed
