Insulation installed on time and day advised in Feb 2019. Afterwards aircon failed to work and installers boss inspected and suggested electrical problem" might be cause. Aircon chap inspects and discovers insulation installers had crushed several metres of aircon ducting. Several weeks wait for replacement ducting during hottest month of year - insulation works well as we recorded 29.7c at midnight in kitchen. As we're tenants we get "their apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused". Guess this firm is "little care & no responsibility"."

Easy to deal with first time, will need to make this a regular stop off spot

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. Believe the other 1-star comment that the installation process is awful.First, the installer showed up unannounced without an email or phone call to make an appointment. He also didn’t wear a mask in the current COVID environment when it is required to wear a mask.Second, the channel installer didn't notice that our shower requires a custom-made glass; but only when they came to install the glass, the glass installer realised that their pre-made glass wouldn't fit and asked us to pay the extra for a custom made glass; if we were informed that we had to make a custom-made glass to begin with, we wouldn't have ordered them from this pre-made glass company.Third, even with the custom-made glass, the shower door wouldn't close properly where every time you pushed it to close, it bounced back. They said it was normal…until I showed them a video displaying otherwise.Finally, the end product still left a gap in the bottom of the shower where water leaks out every time you use it. See the gap in the picture. They refused to fix the issue and claimed that this is their standard way" when I have consulted my builder who indicated that the gap was indeed too big and can be easily fixed.When I persisted
