Video karaoke

Went there with a big group , considering the price it was poorly taken care of. Toilets are disgusting and the rooms had broken chairs and the LED lights were broken so we didn’t get the full experience of what we were paying for. The room was dirty and the books were sticky and wet. There was a foul smell as soon as we walked in too. Staff were ok but some maintenance and housekeeping is extremely needed as we all felt uncomfortable sitting in such a poorly taken care of place. Would not be coming back and would highly NOT recommend.

Staff were ok, we got a room easily and could keep topping up on time. It was fine but I won't be going back due to these two issues.The rooms were poorly ventilated (especially for this time of year) and the floor, table and songbook were wet and sticky to touch, like layers of sweat had already accumulated before we came in. The mics were fine. I just think even a cursory effort to wipe down the tables and books would have turned my sympathy, instead I was really fighting the need for a shower. The men's bathrooms did not have soap. Ick.Secondly, the karaoke system was difficult to navigate for non-Korean speakers and the songbooks only showed a limited selection of non-Korean songs. I don't know how wide their selection of songs is in the system though. We had to fumble our way through the buttons with a laminated sheet that told us we could search by song and country but didn't give us which buttons were for enter, exit, skip song, delete our whole playlist. So we knew there were probably more songs in the system but searching was difficult/impossible and mistakes were easy. I recommend translating the control panel completely. Or just y'know go with a Korean-speaking friend (who will have to squint because of the lack of a working lightbulb in our room, and try to avoid breathing too close to those pages - nevertheless).Otherwise was an okay experience and good few hours.

I previously rated this 5 stars but changed as had a very unpleasant experience last time I was there. Was threatened by another customer (possibly on drugs) for 'looking at them' and no action or apology from the staff/restaurant. It's really put me off ever going here again.

Cozy place for happy hours and night drinks.Also good for small to midsize groups for private functions.

It's ok but needs work. A bit tired looking, staff could be more helpful for English speakers, ran out of wine stock mid-week (was advertised on board, but told we don't have any wine, waiting on an order) suggests poor running of business & amenities not great either.

Loved this place! Came here for birthday celebrations and they were very accommodating. Good selection of songs and easy instructions for English users. Will definitely come back! :)

I’d never go here again~ meat isn’t fresh and the price isn’t worth the taste~ cold food and not too much to choose from compared to some other buffets~ good thing I had great company salads and soup were nice but meat is bland and not freshPlus the cooking bbq wasn’t prepared at all in the beginning that they had to wait for us for awhile before they lighted it up and it keeps turning off ~ don’t recommend to anyone
