We are really pleased with the progress our child is making with Kate. He is really enthusiastic about his weekly sessions. Highly recommend to anyone concerned about their child's confidence or progress with reading.

Have got a very worst experience from the staff Mr. Morshed and management person Mr. Ameer khan not giving reply when ever contacted, tried visiting the centre and its closed. and Never keep their words it’s nearly one year I have cancelled my ielts test still not yet received my refund, no response from anyone. They always want the fees first and after that very Very bad service never ever recommend this to any one.

Clearly a scam. FutureED is the partner of the BristishCouncil for IELTS. But this company has fraudulent behaviour.I booked an exam in Christchurch on the bristish council website, received a confirmation for Christchurch but in fact FutureED enrolled me in Auckland ! We exchanged some emails and nobody informed me about that, I just received a confirmation for the wrong test centre and they refuse to refund me.

The enthusiasm for learning is infectious at Learning Plus; my son has enjoyed his lessons with Learning Plus & the boost to confidence & progress made is readily apparent.

Dont have words to express there service.. really... booked my exam and called them for some name correction and they asked me to email. We did 3 time and no reply and no changes. Test day made correction for name still no changes in name. Called them for name changes after 2 weeks and i have been told everything is good now. After 3 week called them again and still no changes and have not received TRF and it is been nearly 4 weeks. And this was computerised test and supposed to have my TRF certificate in 3 to 5 days.. really.Camera was not working in centre and lady with a lot of experience apparently doesnt know how to talk professionally and she was toooo rude.

Took an IELTS test a couple of weeks ago; teachers and staff were nice! the communication with the center has been smooth!

You need to change/ upgrade your headphones! I think, it's better to use a speaker than headphones when playing the CD for listening.SSMIILLEEE.. Be friendly.
