Staff are generally very good, management and scheduling leave a lot to be desired. More than once my parents carers have simply not arrived and nobody has informed them that nobody would be coming.

I can't recommend this service enough. I have been having sessions with Amy and she has been amazing and has helped me immensely.I found Amy to be incredibly easy to talk to, open up and feel safe with. She is amazingly compassionate and shares her own experiences to show you that you’re not alone in your struggle. She offers fantastic advice and is always willing to share resources to help.I found her humble, kind and intuitive. Truly a sincere wahine with a beautiful soul.

My daughter has been seeing Amy for awhile now and we can not recommend her enough. She is the kindest most caring person you will ever meet. Not only did Amy connect on a level that no one else could sue supported my daughter when no one else would. It is so hard to find someone that a teenager will gel with but Amy seems to be able to gel with everyone. Her continued support and guidance through a diagnosis has been invaluable and we can never repay her for all she has done.

Amy has been such an amazing person to sit down and talk to, there is nothing you can say that she has not heard before when it comes to struggles and coping, she never judges and I love how she shares her own experiences with you and it makes me feel so open and I can say my confidence has definitely been boosted.
