not clean, when I wait for my food I saw some bugs in the food cabinet. The service is poor, even the food is fine I don’t think I will come again.

3.5 starts. Really happy with the taste of food, food range, portion, and price. Will give 5 stars if the owner would spend more time of cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Great Hot pot restaurant ... Take your time to enjoy the food.

I think they have the best food in Aukland.

First time trying their hotpot buffet. I had no idea this place was quite popular. It was quite packed during the time we were here. They have a small selection of hot food. Then the rest are veges, meat and seafood to be cooked. For the hot food I really liked their lamb brisket and their egg omelette. For the hotpot stuff, my go to was the sliced beef, salmon head, cuttlefish and the squid. My wife's favourite is the crab. The seafood here is quite fresh and no bad ammonia aftertaste. They also have a small selection of dessert in the end. There was coconut jelly, coffee jelly and coconut sago soup with yam and also of course ice cream which I didn't go for. Our favourite was the sago, it was nicely cooked sweet, slightly thick and the yam flavour was good. Overall, this place is good priced and the selection of food is great. Service is not bad, staff comes and collect the used plates, but it is a buffet after all.

Meat is fresh and the soup base was exceptional. Spicy is the must have.

A nice chinese fried food takeaway place; and their prices are quite reasonable. Their staff members are practical and efficient, though borderline impatient. Better make your choices fast, otherwise, she'll be annoyed. Their snacks are that good, hence the high rating.

Interesting concept and it is quite popular overseas. Pretty good food selection and good range of sauces. However, the prices are a bit high end. One tiny mushroom on a skew is 50c?!

Food is too little for the price, three people ate $180 felt like ate nothing. $5 each person for dipping sauce. I saw a promotion on google, couldn’t recall how much off precisely but it’s about $10 off if you spend more than $80. When paying, I asked the waitress to use this promotion, didn’t expect she would ask me back “where did you see the promotion”. Obviously they want to earn every single penny when they have already charge incredibly high...
