Best place for exercise and help your kid build up their confidence

I've been here many times for sparring class and grading. I feel great with the grading and not too much stress in it. I likes when I did some mistake of the form I am able to have a chance to redo again. The sparring class also very fun though. Sigung has lots of idea for training before sparring. Yesterday was my last sparring class here and I really appreciate it. The training was very special last night and thanks for sigung to let me had a try of escaping from a big guy when he is lying on my body lol. I think it was a good challenge and a valuable experience for me.

My daughter Izabella loves coming to Kung fu she has grown so much in herself and this is all to the amazing teaching and talent of Sifu ,thank you so much for the time and effort that gets put into the kids class from week to week

First I took my son there and I was not sure about it, but I found the KungFu class very family friendly class. It seems everybody is care about others. I started KungFu later and it was one my best decisions in 2019. Great people, useful skills and safe exercise
