Very poor service my two staffs has done their forklift training for the first time and I specified on the email what training they need. They were not given all training as requested. It's been over 2 weeks now I've chasing for an outcome of their training no one is even replying. The CS manager training tells me Sorry I am working on a major project that needs to be finalised today"...what about customers??????how can you run business without customers."

My Company requested a service for our walkie they came last Friday have a look inspected but the service guy said he'll come back monday no one came and now a week has past and still hasn't come inspect, wow good customer service

I'm sure that many users praise the SEEN Safety Iris 860 for its safety effectiveness or the ease of use of the web based dashboard.I have the same praise! But I want to speak to something else I appreciate -- the *robustness* of the units. I work in a primary metal manufacturing environment with rough floors that vibrate our equipment excessively. Impacts between equipment and loads are routine.The Iris 860 units have withstood our environment remarkably well over the last 12 months. I am aware of only one failure among 31 units.This is an excellent failure rate in our application.Thank you for making such a durable product.
