David, Glenn and the team are not only very trustworthy but also go beyond the call, regarding service. I was skeptical in investing with a company I hadn’t dealt with before, but I was reassured pre-commitment. The sale, price and delivery went seamlessly. Not ideal, appearantly they only take customers by appointment only, like how does this business model even work in a country the population of New Zealand? The customer service is not great either. The owner treat customers like a nuisance.

Rang Howard with a request for 5 medals. His reply exactly was send me an email with full details of metals" and he hung up in my ear. I duly sent my detailed email. Waited several days and no reply. So phoned again and said who I was to him and that I had sent him an email. Exact reply "Yes I Got Your Email" then deathly silence. His customer service manners in my opinion leave alot to be desired. I personally would never buy off him

I went into Morris and Watson with some silver coins and had no idea of the value. I spent 30 minutes with them unpackaging each set with Adam and Sue and after almost leaving with these beautiful coins about to be melted down, Adam suggested I get a coin collector to look at them. It would have been easy for them to not mention it, make a small profit and move on but they didn’t. It shows a lot of integrity and I highly recommend M & W

A small coin shop with plenty to look at. They offer buying and selling of coins, notes, stamps and other things. Been here several times and have never left empty handed. Parking can be a but of a pain but it is qhat it is in the cbd.
